In the Bible, we are encouraged to trust in Jesus and have confidence in Him. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are told to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Similarly, in Psalm 23:4, David writes, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff comfort me."
