The movie revolves around the life of Munnabhai (played by Sanjay Dutt), a don who pretends to be a medical doctor to help people in need. The story begins with Munnabhai's gang committing a series of crimes, but things take a turn when Munnabhai falls in love with a doctor, Dr. Suman Tiwari (played by Gracy Singh). To impress her, Munnabhai claims to be a doctor and gets admitted to a medical college. As Munnabhai navigates through medical school, he learns the true value of being a doctor and starts helping people genuinely.
