Born on November 16, 1963, in the holy city of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, Meenakshi Sheshadri began her journey in the entertainment industry at a young age. She started learning Bharatanatyam, a classical dance form, and soon became a proficient dancer. Her talent and dedication earned her a scholarship to study dance in the United States. However, her true calling lay in acting, and she eventually shifted her focus to films.
