The film, directed by Alejandro Naranjo, follows Tim Ballard (played by Jim Caviezel) as he leaves his government job to form a non-profit organization, Operation Underground Railroad, with the goal of infiltrating and disrupting human trafficking networks worldwide. With the help of his team, Ballard embarks on daring undercover missions to rescue victims and bring perpetrators to justice.
